Underlay
A bad or very unfavorable bet. An event that has more money wagered on it happening than can be justified.
Unit
Casino term used to express the smallest amount of money used in wagering without having to specify the actual amount. The players´ actual ‘chip’ bet may be $1, $5, $25, $100 or greater value. The wager is specified as simply one betting unit or one chip.
Up Card
The face up card of the dealer’s initial hand in blackjack. The hole card, on the other hand, is the face down card
